The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is an air conditioner, a bicycle parking, a terrace and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a bath with shower, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
