The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio and a TV. In addition there is an elevator, a terrace and a bicycle parking. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Two bathrooms, one with shower located on the master bedroom and one with bath. Washing machine and dryer available.  Toilet in one of the bathrooms and a second separate toilet. Possibility to rent a garage within walking distance. Highly recommended in terms of space, equipment, view and location.  Here you can enjoy the perfect vacation with the family. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
