The holiday home for 17 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single trundle beds, four single beds, seven double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a terrace, a table tennis table, a boules court and a billiard and there are two football tables. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath and seven showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

This unique water mill has been carefully renovated to include wellness and a delightful location. It boasts breathtaking views of the spacious garden, along the small stream l'Eau d'Heure, and it is very suitable for a family reunion.

Baillonville Water Mill is just a 10-minute drive from medieval Durbuy, in an area great for hiking. The stream 'l'Eau d'Heure' flows into the Ourthe a few kilometres away.

With a very spacious kitchen with dining table, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and rain showers, this holiday house combines the authenticity of a water mill with modern comfort. There is a recreation room with billiards and table football and you can relax at night in front of the flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are en suite, except for the 2 children's bedrooms.

Drinks, food and ball games are not allowed in the pool area and quietness should be respected at all times.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
