The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo, a radio, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a football table, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bicycle parking, a barbecue, a sauna and a jacuzzi and there are three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three washbasins, a toilet and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, two dishwashers, an oven and a coffee maker.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 140,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
