General

The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a heater and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a billiard, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Spacious holiday home for 15 people (max. 12 adults and 3 children) with outdoor pool and sauna. The house is located in a quiet area of the village of Heure, 13 km from Durbuy.

On the ground floor, the living room with wood stove, dining table and fitted kitchen with dishwasher opens onto the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, one for 2 persons with a double bed and one for 3 persons with a double bed and an extra 1 persons bed, which share a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with two extra single beds. Each bedroom also has a washbasin in the room. At the pool level there is a relaxation area with billiards and sitting area, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a baby cot, separate shower, sauna and covered terrace with BBQ at the pool. open from May to early September. On hot summer days, the water temperature is above 25°C. The ideal holiday home for a relaxing holiday with the family and for many walks in the Belgian Ardennes.

Bachelor parties and similar events are not allowed.
Not rented to groups of young people
The installation of loudspeakers, the use of megaphones and the playing of amplified music is strictly prohibited at this property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
