The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with seven single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, two heathers, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a football table, a table tennis table, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, two showers, a toilet, a bath, a bath or shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Cozy up around the wood stove or enjoy the warmth of central heating throughout.
Children are well catered for with a high chair, cot, and a recreation room complete with table tennis and table football. Bed linen payments must be made on arrival via cash or Belgian bank-to-bank app only (international bank transfers are not supported).

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
