The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather, a stereo and a DVD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The home is just 1 km from shops and restaurants, and close to Dinant, its citadel, and the beach area on the Meuse. Outdoor lovers can enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, tennis, and fishing, while nearby attractions include Les Draisines de la Molignée and Maredsous Abbey. Inside, the mansion features central heating, a cozy sitting room with flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and bunk beds for children. The garden is perfect for reading or ball games, and parking is available. Please note: no pets or groups of youngsters allowed. A peaceful riverside retreat in the Ardennes.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 225,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
