The holiday home for 20 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a stereo, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a football table, a garden, a barbecue, a boules court, a billiard, a bicycle parking and a table tennis table and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two hairdryers, nine showers, 12 toilets, 13 washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridges, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two dishwashers, two stoves, two ovens, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and a stovetop.

The French border and Ardennes Regional Nature Park are also within an hour's drive. The spacious garden is great for children to play freely. Inside, the cozy living room features an open fireplace, and bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs. Relax on the terrace while enjoying peaceful natural views. For larger gatherings, the Romulus and Remus houses can be rented together, accommodating up to 40 guests for weddings, family reunions, or celebrations. A common room connects the two buildings for easy communication.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 841,27 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
