The holiday home for 20 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with seven double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a boules court, a garden, a billiard, a barbecue and a bicycle parking and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with nine showers, 13 washbasins, 12 toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two fridges, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, two stoves, two dishwashers and a stovetop.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
