The holiday home for 9 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden, a bicycle parking and a boules court and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, six washbasins, a bath, two baths with showers and three showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This 5-bedroom holiday home in Gedinne accommodates up to 9 guests, ideal for a family with children or two smaller families. It features several terraces with outdoor furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and a wood stove. A children's bed and high chair are available, and parking is provided. The house is surrounded by forests and the river (200 m away), while Gedinne town center is 7 km away. For larger gatherings, the Espace du Meunier can be rented alongside Gîtes du Moulin and de la Houille. Overlooking the river and gardens, it offers a reception hall, semi-industrial kitchen, projector, screen, Wi-Fi, table football area, freight elevator, and two toilets. Rental is EUR 250 per weekend (tax included, price may vary by stay length), covering heating, electricity, wood, and cleaning (kitchen must be left clean).

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 417,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
