General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Fully restored old castle that can accommodate 8 adults, and possibly with some children. ( up to 12 people). The house is located between Couvin and Chimay, in the green part of the border region and has its own park with a hot tub, own chickens and own fruit and vegetables in season. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms, a toilet on each floor, beautiful large terraces, large living space with party table, wifi everywhere, cable TV, a small publicde, wine cooler, ...the house is completely for private, so that even in these times of virus, you can enjoy your guests. We do not accept pets, parties or events are not allowed. ( so please do not ask for weddings ed).

The property has a total of 3 floorson the ground floor is the large living space. ( 65 m), a smoking room with publicde, a toilet and a kitchen. Through the kitchen you enter the vegetable garden and the chicken run, at the back of the house, there is a large terrace with bbq overlooking the park garden, at the back of the garden is the wood-fired hot tub. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, there is a separate toilet, and there is a bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find the loft suite with an attached bathroom.

Lovely large garden, with young fruit trees, fruit hedges ( red berries, raspberries), chickens live it up and can offer you some eggs, a small vegetable garden for cucumbers among other things.

We do not allow pets, maximum number of persons must not be exceeded.

The house is located on the French border, and between Chimay, Couvin and Rocroi.Chimay is known for its cheese and beers, Rocroi is a medieval fortified town where time has stood still. Nearby are lakes where you can surf, swim, fish, sail, ....

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
