Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Surrounded by breathtaking views and peaceful nature, this home promises a truly relaxing stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
Outdoor lovers will find plenty to enjoy nearby, explore the forests, spot local wildlife, or kayak on the Semois River just a short drive away. In winter, cross-country skiing is possible in Conrad. For dining and shopping, visit the nearby centres of Alle-sur-Semois (6 km) and Bievre, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and terraces.
Back at the villa, unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or PlayStation. Horse owners are welcome to let their horses graze in the meadow. Bike storage is also available. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen textiles can be provided upon request, just contact the owner at least a week before arrival. Pets are welcome too, making this villa a complete, nature-filled retreat.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
