The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and eight double beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, a TV, a heather, a stereo and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, three toilets, three showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, two freezers, a garage, a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, two ovens, two microwaves and a dishwasher.

The tranquil rural setting promises relaxation, but please note: maximum capacity is 16 guests, and extra visitors are not allowed, even during the day. Student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties are strictly prohibited, and the home is not rented to groups of youngsters to maintain peace in the area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
