The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a heater, a stereo and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins, a bath and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a freezer, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and an oven.

Note: The house is limited to 8 guests by municipal regulation. Extra guests (even daytime visitors), student groups, bachelor parties, or young groups are not permitted to ensure peace and quiet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
