The holiday home for 50 persons has 24 bathrooms and 24 bedrooms and is equipped with 50 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, a TV and a CD player. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a tennis court, a pond, a trampoline, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 24 showers, 25 toilets, 25 washbasins, six baths and a bath with shower.

The house combines generous communal spaces with practical comforts for larger groups, including two fully equipped kitchens, several fireplaces, a meeting room, and a basement wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, and optional massage treatments. Outside, the private tennis court, trampoline, barbecue area, and garden create enough space for guests to naturally divide between activities throughout the day.

Restaurants are located around 200 metres from the property, while Lac des Doyards can be reached within a 10-minute walk and is ideal for morning strolls or lakeside picnics. Maison du Pays de Salm, also around 10 minutes away on foot, offers a closer look into the folklore and history of the region. Motorsport fans can reach the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps Formula 1 track in approximately 25 minutes, while the Abbey of Stavelot combines historic architecture with museums dedicated to the famous racetrack.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
