The holiday home for 9 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a DVD player, a fireplace, a stereo and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a sauna, a terrace, a tennis court and a billiard. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.

The town center and supermarket are just 10 km away, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Please note: This home is best suited for families. Youth groups and parties are not permitted.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
