The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, three single beds and two doubter beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a heather, a TV, two heathers, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a football table, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, four washbasins and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Guests can enjoy indoor games like table football and table tennis, and children will love the trampoline and play equipment. Central heating, a high chair, and a children's bed make it family-friendly year-round. An optional utilities and service package of EUR 75,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
