The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds, two single high sleepers and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with five heaters, a CD player, two televisions, a stereo, a radio, a heater and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a garden, a sauna, a bicycle parking and a patio and there are two fitness equipment, two terraces and two barbecues. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath with shower, two washbasins, a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two dishwashers and a coffee maker.

After a scenic hike, unwind with your loved ones by the wood-burning stove in the cozy living room. On warm days, take a dip in the lake, just 7 km away. The home is fully equipped with an open kitchen (includes dishwasher capsules), a bathroom with washing machine, laundry powder, and tumble dryer. Kids will love the garden with a play area, while everyone can enjoy table tennis and foosball. Please respect the peaceful setting, no music outdoors; let the birds be your soundtrack. A friendly dog lives on the property, so calm, sociable pets are welcome.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
