The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a balcony, a boules court, a bar, a barbecue, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture and there are three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins and four showers.
The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

This cosy, bright holiday home with breathtaking views over the Ourthe Valley is located 5 km from the lovely town of Roche-en-Ardenne. The house is spaciously built and equipped with many luxuries and a sauna. Ideal for families!_x000D_

There is plenty to do in the region. From hiking and mountain biking routes through nature to castle ruins and the impressive Battle of the Bulge museum. Moreover, you can swim and kayak in the immediate vicinity (5 km from the house). Guests can take a guided mountain bike tour for an extra charge of €60 (on request). And garbage cost 15 eur/weekend and 20 eur/weekly reservations_x000D_

There is a large living room with cosy seating area and fireplace. You will also find a fully equipped open kitchen with bar and dining area for as many as 12 people. There are 2 bathrooms and a sauna to relax in. Through the French doors you enter the large garden with a nice terrace and 180° views of the Ourthe valley. Moreover, the accommodation has a table tennis table, a jeu de boules court and a barbecue.

Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
