The holiday home for 48 persons has eight bathrooms and 16 bedrooms and is equipped with six single trundle beds, four bunk beds and 34 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, three DVD players, a radio, a fireplace, four televisions and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden, a bar, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a football table, a billiard, a bicycle parking, a boules court and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 12 washbasins, two toilets, nine showers and three baths.

The holiday home has two fridges, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, two freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

The fenced 1600 m² garden, large terrace, barbecue area, boules court, and play equipment give guests enough room to spread out comfortably during summer stays. Indoors, the atmosphere shifts toward fireplaces, billiards, table football, and the sauna once temperatures drop outside. Two EV charging stations make the property practical for larger arrivals, while the central heating and spacious common areas keep the house comfortable year-round.

The forest begins around 100 metres from the property and connects directly to hiking and cycling trails through the Ardennes. The Caves of Hotton can be reached in roughly 17 minutes and are known for underground rock formations and guided cave routes. La Roche-en-Ardenne sits approximately 11 minutes away and combines a medieval castle with Battle of the Bulge history museums and riverside cafés. Guests interested in archaeology should also visit the Wéris Megaliths, located roughly 27 minutes away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
