The holiday home for 20 persons has three bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, 16 single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a DVD player, three televisions, a radio, a stereo and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, a bar and a bicycle parking and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on ten parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, a bath with shower, 12 washbasins, two hairdryers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, three fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playpen and there are two playground equipment, six high chairs, two baby baths and three cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two ovens, a dishwasher, a stove, four coffee makers and a convection microwave.

During warmer months, afternoons naturally settle around the covered terrace and private garden while children disappear toward the play equipment or nearby woodland trails. Colder evenings usually drift indoors toward the fireplace and darts area once everyone comes back from kayaking, hiking, or exploring the nearby towns. The atmosphere stays warm and practical rather than polished, which suits the Ardennes setting perfectly.

The forest begins just 100 metres from the property, while restaurants can be reached within roughly 1 km. The Caves of Hotton lie around 10 minutes away and are especially worth visiting for their underground limestone galleries and river chambers. Parc Chlorophylle sits approximately 15 minutes away and combines suspension bridges with interactive forest trails for families, while Durbuy Old Town can be reached within around 25 minutes for riverside cafés and stone alleyways lined with artisan shops. Adventure Valley Durbuy also offers kayaking, ziplining, and mountain biking routes nearby for more active days outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
