The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, two fireplaces, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a garden, a barbecue, a billiard, a boules court, a terrace and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, a toilet, a bath with shower, six washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The kitchen is equipped with one refrigerator/freezer. Most afternoons drift naturally between the indoor swimming pool, located on level -1 in an area without windows or natural light, the terrace, and nearby woodland walks while evenings settle around the fireplace, sauna, and games room once temperatures begin cooling outside. Children usually disappear toward the garden swings and slide while the adults stretch dinners longer beside the plancha grill and barbecue.

Arboretum de Forrières can be reached within roughly 3 minutes and offers walking trails through woodland gardens with interactive nature installations and family-friendly forest paths. The Caves of Han lie around 10 minutes away and remain one of Belgium’s most impressive underground cave systems, alongside a wildlife reserve home to wolves, lynx, and bison. Fourneau Saint-Michel can be reached within approximately 10 minutes for reconstructed Walloon villages and historic watermills, while visitors looking for quieter countryside scenery should also explore the Lesse Valley around Resteigne and the historic Faber Watermill nearby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
