The holiday home for 24 persons has eight bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with 14 single beds, three double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a football table, a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, eight toilets, two washbasins and six baths with showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, two stoves, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Days around Rochefort usually begin quietly beneath the trees before the region slowly opens into caves, forest walks, and long countryside lunches that somehow stretch into the evening. Sleeping up to 24 guests across nine bedrooms, this spacious holiday home is designed for large family gatherings and group stays where outdoor exploring matters just as much as the time spent together back at the house.

Most afternoons drift naturally between the terrace, heated swimming pool, and nearby walking trails while children disappear toward the playroom and table football indoors. Evenings usually gather everyone back around the barbecue once the forests quiet down outside, with the surrounding 10-hectare park keeping the atmosphere peaceful and secluded throughout the stay.

The Domain of the Caves of Han can be reached within roughly 12 minutes and is one of Belgium’s most famous natural attractions, combining enormous underground limestone caves with a wildlife park home to bison, wolves, and deer. Malagne Archéoparc lies around 10 minutes away with reconstructed Roman farming villages and interactive archaeology exhibits, while Fourneau Saint-Michel can be reached within approximately 12 minutes for historic Walloon houses and woodland museum trails. Guests looking for quieter afternoons often head toward Saint-Hubert Wildlife Park roughly 20 minutes away, while Rochefort Castle ruins overlook the town centre nearby with panoramic valley views.

Please note that the heated swimming pool is open from May through September.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
