The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a bunk bed or two single beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a football table and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath, a toilet, three washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, een baby bath and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a stove.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
