The holiday home for 22 persons has eight bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with % single beds adapted for disabled, six double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, eight televisions, four heaters, three stereos and a fireplace. In addition there is a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a sandbox, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a balcony and a patio and there are three air conditioners, nine terraces, two sets of garden furniture, two gardens and two saunas. You can park your car under two carports. The badroom is equipped with two baths with showers, a urinal, 11 washbasins, 13 showers, eight toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, two washing machines, three fridge-freezers, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are three cots and three high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, three dishwashers, two stoves, an oven and three microwaves.

The separate guest spaces and wellness area also make longer group stays feel far more comfortable.

Manhay History 44 Museum can be reached within roughly 8 minutes and offers immersive exhibitions focused on the Battle of the Bulge during the winter of 1944. Parc Chlorophylle lies around 10 minutes away and is especially popular with families for its elevated forest walkways, observation towers, and woodland play trails. Baraque de Fraiture can be reached within approximately 10 minutes for skiing, hiking, and panoramic cycling routes across the Ardennes hills, while the historic Aisne tourist tramway runs nearby through the surrounding countryside. Guests looking for a livelier afternoon often head toward Durbuy roughly 30 minutes away for riverside cafés and stone alleyways filled with local shops.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
