The holiday home for 18 persons has seven bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, two double beds and 13 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, two fireplaces, an infrared sauna, three televisions, three radios and a stereo. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a football table and a swimming pool and there are four fitness equipment and two terraces. You can park your car on ten parking lots. The badroom is equipped with ten washbasins, seven showers, eight toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and toys and there are four cots.

The atmosphere stays relaxed and practical rather than overly formal, making longer stays feel especially easy for larger groups.

Euro Space Center can be reached within around 10 minutes by car and remains especially popular with families travelling with children interested in astronomy and interactive exhibits. Redu Book Village sits roughly 15 minutes away and is best explored slowly through its second-hand bookshops and cafés. Forest trails and cycling routes begin throughout the surrounding Ardennes region, while restaurants and local essentials can be reached within a short drive.

By evening, most groups naturally end up back around the pool, sauna, or terrace once the countryside becomes completely quiet around the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
