General

The holiday home for 60 persons has 20 bathrooms and 20 bedrooms and is equipped with four single folding beds and 58 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, a CD player, a stereo, a radio, a DVD player, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a trampoline, a pond, a sandbox, a boules court and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 22 toilets and 20 showers.

The holiday home has two freezers, five fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there are four high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with four coffee makers, three dishwashers, an oven, three convection microwaves and a stove.

The forest begins directly outside the house, with hiking and cycling routes crossing the Ardennes landscape in every direction. Dinant can be reached within roughly 36 minutes and is especially worth visiting for the Citadel overlooking the Meuse River and the historic centre connected by riverside cafés and boat cruises. Château de Vêves lies around 31 minutes away and remains one of Belgium’s most striking medieval castles, while the dramatic cliffs of the Needle of Chaleux can be reached within approximately 40 minutes for hiking and panoramic valley views. Guests looking for quieter scenery often head toward the Lesse River nearby for kayaking routes passing forests, limestone cliffs, and small riverside villages throughout the valley.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
