The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and a boules court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, four toilets, a shower, a bath with shower, four washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

A picturesque lake also lies about 10 km from the property. There are deer only, but no wild animals and no water fountain.

Enjoy the private parking, stay safe with smoke detectors throughout, and experience the magical wildlife encounters in the adjoining deer park. At dusk, deer gather near the water fountain, and if you visit in summer, you may spot fawns. In autumn, listen for the haunting calls of the rutting stags.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
