The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and a boules court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, four toilets, a shower, a bath with shower, four washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

Surrounded by valley views and forested hills, the house comfortably hosts up to 12 guests and works especially well for families or groups looking for long walks, evenings in the sauna, and proper time outdoors away from city routines.

Summer days naturally revolve around the terrace and heated swimming pool, while colder evenings tend to end in the sauna after a hike through the nearby forests. The garden has enough space for outdoor meals, games of boules, or simply sitting outside with a drink while the light fades across the valley. Deer are often spotted close to the property around dusk, particularly during autumn when the forests become quieter and the surrounding hills shift into deep orange and gold.

The forest begins around 300 metres from the house, making morning walks and cycling routes easy to start directly from the doorstep. The Natural Park of the Two Ourthes can be reached in roughly 12 minutes and is one of the region’s best areas for hiking and mountain biking. Bastogne War Museum sits around 26 minutes away and offers a detailed look into the history of the Ardennes during World War II. Restaurants and local shops are located around 9 km from the property, while the nearby lake sits roughly 10 km away.

Please note that the heated swimming pool operates from June to September.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
