The holiday home for 14 persons has four bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, a heater, a fireplace and a heather. This renovated holiday home sits close to the Luxembourg and German borders and comfortably hosts up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. It works particularly well for families, hiking groups, or anyone wanting to spend time in the Ardennes without giving up comfort once they return indoors.

The large fenced garden quickly becomes the social centre of the stay, especially with the barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor seating spread across the property. Indoors, the atmosphere stays relaxed and practical with a sauna, bubble bath, table football, fitness equipment, and games that make rainy afternoons surprisingly easy to enjoy. Dogs are well catered for too, with a basket, bowls, and plenty of nearby walking routes through the surrounding forests and countryside.

Restaurants and bakeries are located around 5 km away, while Ferme de la Planche can be reached in approximately 15 minutes and offers barefoot walking trails through mud, streams, and farm landscapes that children usually end up loving. Réserve Naturelle de Chi Fontaine can be reached in roughly 12 minutes and is ideal for quieter birdwatching walks. Baraque de Fraiture, one of Belgium’s highest points and a popular winter skiing area, lies around 26 minutes from the property. The Natural Park of the Two Ourthes is within easy driving distance for mountain biking and hiking.

Bicycles are available at the property for guests wanting to explore the surrounding countryside more slowly.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
