The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a triple bunk bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a radio and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for shared meals (dishwasher, oven, fridge, baby high chair), and the dining area seats up to 8 guests. The living space features board games, free WIFI, and Netflix and Be TV access. For your comfort, the lounge offers a cozy seating area, and the master bedroom opens onto a large garden. A second bedroom has bunk beds for the kids, with a baby bed available. The bathroom is simple and functional, with a shower, sink, changing table, and baby bathtub.

Outdoors, the garden is split into two levels. The lower level includes a barbecue, dining area, parasol, and soon, a large terrace. The upper garden offers deck chairs, lounge seats, and a dedicated play area for children and babies. It's a peaceful and shaded spot to unwind, surrounded by lilacs, a maple, a plum, and a chestnut tree. We welcome you with a regional treat: a bottle of Orval beer to start your stay right.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
