The holiday home for 29 persons has 12 bathrooms and 11 bedrooms and is equipped with three bunk beds and 23 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a boules court, a garden, a barbecue, a billiard, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a football table and a sauna and there are two elevators. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 15 washbasins, 13 showers, 17 toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), four fridges, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two microwaves, a dishwasher, a stove and an oven.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Between 22:00 and 10:00 the swimming pool is not accessible It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
