The holiday home for 50 persons has 18 bathrooms and 17 bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, 42 single beds and three bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a bar, a boules court and a billiard and there are two elevators. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 21 washbasins, 23 toilets, a bath and 19 showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and four fridges.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two cots and two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove and two microwaves.

This 3-bedroom holiday home is a typically Tuscan villa in Lombriciano which can accommodate up to 5 people. It is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or families with children. This home also has a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a private garden to relax. During COVID period the swimmingpool will be closed for sanitair reasons.

This charming villa is situated amid grasslands, and the town center is only 4 km away. Several restaurants and public transport services are also at a short distance of 4 km. The location serves as a tranquil retreat, and you can also take naturistic walks in the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party.

There is a shared swimming pool on the premises which is functional through mid of May till September. The private and illuminated garden decked with furniture also offers an opportunity to soak the panoramic view from the villa. There is a barbeque area at home. You can conveniently park vehicles at the villa , and a maximum of one pet is allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
