The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with nine single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stair gate, a TV, two heaters and a fireplace. In addition there is a football table, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are two atmospheric fireplaces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three toilets, a bath or shower and five washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a stovetop and an oven.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 100,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
