The holiday home for 28 persons has ten bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and 26 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna and a TV. In addition there is a boules court, a billiard, a sauna, a barbecue, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a jacuzzi and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with ten baths with showers, ten washbasins, two showers and 14 toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and two dishwashers.

This 2-bedroom holiday home is a sprawling farmhouse apartment in Tuscany, and it can house up to 4 people. It is perfect for two couples or a family with children. The vintage farmhouse has a swimming pool, operational from mid of May to September, and a private garden.

The strategic countryside location of the apartment provides a tranquil retreat. You can take naturistic walks and go hiking in the neighbourhood. The town center and restaurants are 4 km away. You can also visit the culturally rich city of Cortona nearby.

There is a terrace with garden furniture which affords a panoramic view of hills near Tuscany. You can also indulge in barbeque activity and lounge by the shared swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The host provides children's bed and parking space on the premises. A maximum of one pet is allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
