General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo, a heater, two DVD players and two televisions. In addition there is a sauna, a billiard, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are two jacuzzis. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two toilets, four washbasins and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and three coffee makers.

Chalet du Soleil is located in the heart of the Ardennes, in Septon. It is close to famous Durbuy and features a beautiful wooden interior. It comfortably accommodates 2 families or a group of friends.

From the chalet you can take lovely walks through the beautiful forests of Durbuy. Don't forget to visit the smallest city in the world. There are plenty of cosy restaurants on the cosy square where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a real Belgian beer. The region also offers plenty of outdoor possibilities.

The accommodation is elegantly furnished and you can relax with a good book and a drink of your choice on one of the terraces, in the sun or shade. After a day of exertion, you can fully relax in the sauna, in the bubble bath or on the sofa by the wood-burning stove.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
