The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a bicycle parking and there are two terraces. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer, a shower, a toilet and a massage shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 105,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
