The holiday home for 24 persons has three bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds and six bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, five washbasins and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The shared courtyard and terrace naturally become the centre of the stay during warmer months, especially once meals move outdoors and the farm surroundings stay active throughout the day. Green Valley can be reached within around 4 minutes by car and is known for outdoor recreation activities and countryside group experiences. The Teuven region itself is one of Belgium’s best-known walking and cycling areas, with orchard landscapes, rolling roads, and quieter hiking trails continuing across the hills near the Dutch border. Golf courses and tennis facilities are also accessible within driving distance, while cafés and village restaurants remain spread across the surrounding countryside.

Nearby roads through Voeren are especially popular with cyclists during spring and summer, while the smaller villages around Teuven become noticeably quieter once the daytime visitors leave.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
