The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a hot tub, a bicycle parking, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, a shower, three toilets and two baths with showers.

Holiday home 'Villa Blickenberg' in scenic Borgloon is a luxury villa for up to 15 guests. With four spacious bedrooms offering 11 beds and two mezzanines providing four extra sleeping places, the villa is perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom has at least one double box spring, while three modern bathrooms include a bath and/or shower, sink, and toilet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and features a large dining table for shared meals. The living room offers ample seating and digital TV, with free Wi-Fi throughout. A practical laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron ensures convenience for longer stays. Outside, the villa boasts a spacious terrace, garden with seating, and a large Jacuzzi for ten people overlooking the greenery. Located at the highest point of Groot-Loon, Villa Blickenberg offers breathtaking views of the valley and Haspengouw blossom region. During blossom season from April, guests can explore scenic routes by bike or on foot, while Borgloon provides rich history, nature, and local gastronomy.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 525,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
