Heers, a picturesque municipality in the fertile Haspengouw region, is strategically located between Sint-Truiden and Tongeren-Borgloon, close to the Walloon border. The landscape, with its rolling hills, is rich in orchards, vineyards, castles and charming chapels. As part of the Hart van Haspengouw Landscape Park, Heers offers an ideal environment for walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the seasonal beauty and local crafts. Two walking loops even pass directly by the Smishoeve.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for elaborate dinners. Adjacent to this is the cosy lounge area with streaming services, ideal for relaxing film evenings. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed. The house also has two bathrooms with a shower and washbasin and two separate toilets. For extra convenience during longer stays, there is a washing machine.

Outside, you can enjoy a spacious terrace with beautiful views of fruit trees, the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. Is it a bit chilly? Then the covered terrace offers a cosy place to sit together, regardless of the weather. In the garden, you will find a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue, ideal for long evenings full of culinary fun. There are fun games for both children and adults, so everyone can enjoy themselves.

The farm is home to chickens, rabbits, turkeys, alpacas, pigs and ducks, making your stay even more enjoyable and allowing you to admire the animals up close! Feeding the animals is an extra activity that can be booked on site.

You can park right outside the door, making loading and unloading effortless.
Additional services can be booked with the owner: breakfast (€18 per person), wood for campfire/pizza oven (€15/package), use of go-karts (€10/stay).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
