The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds, a bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue and there are two roof terraces. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two hairdryers, three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Welcome to this charming and spacious holiday home in Heers, perfect for families and groups of friends up to 10 guests. Two dogs are warmly welcome, so the whole family can enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Haspengouw. The absolute highlight of this home is the beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the vast fruit orchards. During blossom season, the landscape transforms into a sea of white and pink – a unique setting to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The entrance is located on the ground floor in the stair hall. From here, you can access the basement with laundry room or take the stairs to the first floor. On this level, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a cosy living area with seating corner, TV and dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, combi oven and hob. The spacious rooftop terrace connects directly to the living area, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience.

On the second floor, there are two attic bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for extra comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers four single beds. There is also an additional separate toilet on this floor. Thanks to its practical layout, comfort and unique orchard views, this home is the perfect base for hiking and cycling trips, cosy family moments and pure relaxation in one of Belgium’s most beautiful regions.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
