The holiday home for 22 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, four bunk beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a football table, a barbecue, a garden, a hot tub, a boules court, a sauna, a set of garden furniture and a balcony or terrace and there are four terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, four showers, three toilets and two baths with showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two washing machines, a fridge and three fridge-freezers.

Welcome to 'De Smishoeve', a versatile holiday farm in Heers where relaxation, fun and nature come together, perfect for families, groups of friends and couples! The Smishoeve consists of four different accommodations in one special location: 'Het Hol van de Vos' (BF-449NR), 'Huis van de Raaf' (BF-K9D3N), 'Het Arends Nest' (BF-YVM4K) and 'De Karper Studio' (BF-GJVP9). Together, they offer space for 22 guests and their dogs. The properties have a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. There is also a large communal area where the whole group can get together and enjoy bar games, including darts, table football and an arcade game computer with 2100 retro games from the 80s and 90s, perfect for hours of fun.

From the sofa, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the alpacas, garden, fields and fruit plantations. A unique and relaxing experience. The main kitchen in the communal area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave. There are also two other kitchens and a kitchenette in the other areas. Each house has a digital TV with Netflix and YouTube. Parking is available right outside the door, making it easy to load and unload. There are three washing machines, which is handy for longer stays.

The grounds feature several terraces, two of which are covered, equipped with a boules court, barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and lounge area. For the children, there is a swing and a playground in the sand in the garden. The farm is located on a low-traffic street, so they can play outside safely. For extra fun, there is the possibility to rent 20 wooden folk games (€20) and go-karts (€10/stay) on site.

The farm is home to chickens, rabbits, turkeys, alpacas, pigs and ducks, making your stay even more enjoyable and allowing you to admire the animals up close! Feeding the animals is an additional activity that can be booked on site (€25).

Heers, a picturesque municipality in the fertile Haspengouw region, is strategically located between Sint-Truiden and Tongeren-Borgloon, close to the Walloon border. The landscape, with its rolling hills, is rich in orchards, vineyards, castles and charming chapels. As part of the Heart of Haspengouw Landscape Park, Heers offers an ideal environment for hikers and cyclists who want to enjoy the seasonal beauty and local crafts. Two trails even pass directly by the Smishoeve.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
