The holiday home for 40 persons has seven bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with four double sofa beds, four bunk beds and 24 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a trampoline and a terrace and there are two roof terraces, two bars, two barbecues and two saunas. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a sit bath, seven toilets, 19 washbasins, eight showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there are two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, three convection microwaves, three dishwashers, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Information regarding deposit and payment
The property owner will contact you in advance regarding the deposit, i.e. payment of the security deposit, including all additional costs (such as bed linen and towels, cleaning costs, waste disposal, and tourist tax). These must be paid by bank transfer. Cash payment on arrival is not accepted. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the guest after deduction of electricity, water and gas consumption, and any damage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
