General

The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a DVD player, a heather, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a sandbox, a garden, a billiard, a sauna, a table tennis table, a trampoline, a bar, a barbecue, a football table, a jacuzzi and a bicycle parking and there are two sets of garden furniture and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with three showers, four toilets and five washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two fridges and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, een baby bath and a playground equipment and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This beautiful villa offers a lush garden and a lovely terrace where you may light the barbecue for a nice evening meal. It is located in Sourbrodt on the edge of the High Fens Nature Park, in a residential zone. Here, you can completely relax in the sauna/bubble bath and there are 2 recreation rooms for entertainment.

From the villa, you can take walks through peat bogs and woods. The highest point in Belgium - Signal de Botrange is within walking distance. Lake Robertville is nearby, very ideal for those who like to go to the water to take up canoeing, sailing, fishing, diving, swimming. The circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, the Caves of Remouchamps, and the Monde Sauvage are all worthwhile spots.

All waste must be deposited in the container in front of the house, including paper, drinking cartons, pet bottles, glasses etc. Please adhere to the rule that after 10 pm in the evening and before 08:00. In the morning, the peace must be respected for local residents.

Note: Electric cars can be charged at home via the electric charging station. Please bring your charging cable and charging card. Charging the car is done with your own charging card.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
