The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, a bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a football table, a patio, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven washbasins, three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This authentic holiday home is set in the peaceful valley of the Ruisseau de Vaux, surrounded by meadows and imposing trees. Guests can fully enjoy the vast 20-acre garden with its sun terrace, pavilion, patio, and outdoor sleeping loft. The property also offers plenty of parking, a barbecue, and relaxing spots to take in the quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal escape for nature lovers, families, and groups of friends.

Inside, the spacious and recently renovated house offers comfort for larger groups. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall, two toilets, two showers, a washing machine, and a drying cabinet. Guests will also find a large lounge with TV and Wi-Fi (including Netflix), an exceptionally large living and dining space that can host up to 25 people, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with a sink and mirror, as well as a shared shower, toilet, and storage areas. The home combines modern facilities with authentic character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The location is perfect for those who love the outdoors. Right from the doorstep, there are numerous walking and cycling routes through forests and panoramic landscapes. Nearby, you’ll find horse-riding stables, fishing ponds, and the RAVEL cycling network. Families will enjoy nearby attractions such as L’Atelier de Braives playground, Plopsaqua Hannuit water park, and the Citadel of Huy with its famous cable car. Within easy reach are the historic cities of Namur and Liège, both offering shopping, cultural landmarks, and excellent Franco-Belgian cuisine.

The tenant must leave all kitchen furniture, stovetops, ovens, pots, cutlery, crockery, utensils, refrigerators, and freezers completely empty and perfectly clean at the end of the stay. Outside, loud music or any form of disruptive noise is not permitted, and open fires are strictly prohibited except for the use of the BBQ.

Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 21:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
