The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

Also on the ground floor are a laundry room, a sauna for relaxation, and a bedroom with both a single and a double bed that provides direct access to the garden. The upstairs boasts two bedrooms with single beds and two additional bedrooms with double beds, making it ideal for larger family gatherings.

Outside, the large terrace is perfect for lounging and dining, complete with tables, chairs, and a BBQ for memorable outdoor meals. The private outdoor swimming pool is heated and available from May 1 to October 1, while the jacuzzi can be enjoyed year-round. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
