The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a bicycle parking, a bar, a patio, a billiard, a football table, a trampoline and a fitness equipment and there are two terraces. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers, a massage shower, a toilet and a steam shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a microwave and two coffee makers.

This detached holiday home is located in Theux in the Belgian Ardennes. The house has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for several families. In the spacious garden you can enjoy the sun and on the covered terrace you will find the desired cooling.

Thanks to the central location of this house, all beautiful spots in the Ardennes are easily accessible. Spa and Durbuy are within half an hour's drive and a visit to the East Cantons, with the beautiful national park of De Hoge Venen, is also highly recommended. Take the most beautiful walks through the woods and surrounding nature directly from the house. Also fun for the dogs! The Monde Sauvage and the Caves of Remouchamps are also worthwhile.

The 2 bathrooms, one of which connects to a bedroom, and the 3 toilets make this house very suitable for a larger group. In the living room you can sit cosily by the fireplace and in the garden you can barbecue. The garden offers plenty of sunny spots and from the backyard you can look out over the fields. In September 2022, the house was provided with neat paintwork and brand new mattresses in all bedrooms.

If you do charge an electric vehicle against the rules, you will receive a €350 fine.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
