The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, a shower and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a garage, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The southern terrace is ideal for soaking up the sun, while a second terrace with barbecue invites cozy evenings outdoors. Inside, enjoy a fireplace, modern kitchen, and two bathrooms. The home includes a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, and garage. Free WiFi is available, and a children's bed is provided. A tranquil, architect-designed escape in the heart of the Ardennes.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
