The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, five single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather, a heater and a game console. In addition there is a sauna, a table tennis table, a barbecue, a garden, a trampoline, a billiard and a football table and there are two terraces and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, four showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has two fridges, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

The fenced private garden and furnished terrace naturally become gathering spots during warmer weather, while colder evenings move indoors toward billiards, table football, table tennis, and the relaxation area beside the heating stove. The fitness room, gaming console, and trampoline keep the house lively throughout the stay without ever feeling overcrowded.

Spa city centre is approximately 10 km away and is best explored slowly through its thermal bath culture, cafés, and smaller local restaurants. Malmedy sits around 12 km from the house, while Lake Robertville can be reached within roughly 15 km for swimming and lakeside walks during summer. Cross-country skiing routes begin around 5 km away once snowfall arrives, and the region’s ski areas are approximately 12 km from the property.

Spa-Francorchamps Circuit lies only 7.5 km away, making early access during racing weekends especially convenient. Forest trails begin around 2 km from the property, while restaurants and daily essentials can be reached within roughly 3 km.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
