The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a heather, a DVD player and two televisions. In addition there is a roof terrace, a jacuzzi and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

Located just steps from the town square, Thermes de Spa, and the famous casino, it offers a prime base for exploring the city. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within 100 m, and Spa-La Sauvenière Airport is just 4 km away. The apartment features a bright living room with digital TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Bedrooms include two double beds (one with a children's bed), and the bathroom has a bubble bath and washbasin. A separate toilet, stereo unit, and heating add to the comfort. Enjoy the outdoors on the roof terrace with garden furniture, plancha grill, and even an outdoor shower. The owners live two floors below and are happy to assist during your stay. Free WiFi is included. The jacuzzi is not repairable and will be replaced with a jet shower during the January renovation period.
The gas fireplace in the living room is purely decorative.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
