The holiday home for 32 persons has nine bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, 18 single beds, a double high sleeper and four bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a fireplace, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a bar and a table tennis table. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, six showers, three baths with showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and two fridges.

Hidden among the forests of the Neblon Valley, this large Ardennes mansion feels designed for weekends where nobody checks the time too often. Sleeping up to 32 guests across 12 bedrooms, the house combines dramatic countryside surroundings with the sort of indoor comforts that make returning from a long hike or kayak trip feel just as rewarding as the day itself.

The indoor swimming pool quickly becomes the centre of the stay after afternoons outdoors, while the fireplace lounge and private bar keep evenings lively long after dinner finishes. During warmer months, groups usually spread between the terrace, nearby forest trails, and slower lunches overlooking the valley. The atmosphere feels elegant without becoming overly formal, making it especially well suited for extended family gatherings and celebrations.

The forest begins just 100 metres from the mansion, while Durbuy can be reached within roughly 15 minutes and is best explored slowly through its stone alleyways, riverside terraces, and local beer cafés. Château de Logne sits around 15 minutes away overlooking the Ourthe Valley and is especially worth visiting for its underground passages and falconry displays. Adventure Valley Durbuy can be reached within approximately 17 minutes for ziplining, climbing, and kayaking activities, while the Labyrinth of Barvaux-sur-Ourthe becomes a popular family attraction during summer. Modave Castle also lies around 22 minutes away surrounded by formal gardens and wooded countryside.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
